Chris Pratt will get to play his three-for-one movie role in two years’ time. Cowboy Ninja Viking, a film based on the Image Comics series of the same name, has received a June 28, 2019 release date, courtesy of Universal Pictures.

With art by Riley Rossmo and a story from AJ Lieberman, the first issue was published in May 2010 and introduced a world with “Triplets,” people with multiple personality disorder turned into a “band of ridiculously disturbed but highly effective assassins.” Pratt’s Cowboy Ninja Viking is one of these said assassins with the ability to manifest the toughest skills of three different personas: a cowboy, a ninja, and a viking.
